“We had our entire lower level turned into functional living space. The project began with a meeting to conceptually understand what was going to happen. After a walk through and basic measurements of the space, we were provided with a layout of the plan to review. We had a few changes. Katie did a wonderful job helping us pick out the colors and textures, lighting fixtures and bathroom accessories. The finish carpentry was amazing. My dad would have been amazed by the work that Todd did. He was a stickler for finish carpentry details. The trim, the banister, doors and cabinetry were exceptionally well done. The electrical work done by Joel was top notch as he looked at the space from how he would light it and worked with us to get it done to our satisfaction. The storage spaces were also considered in the electrical design. Drywall and painting were on par with the rest of the high quality work. My wife wasn’t very happy with the extra time that it took to complete the project. There were a few delays but the project timeline didn’t suffer from lack of resources.”
